Christopher Pichonnier
Christopher Pichonnier graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Orléans. In 2006 he completed his research on the Welfare State at the University of Copenhagen and received his MA in History and Power Analysis.
His studies led him to both the University of Budapest Corvinus and the University of Paris-Est where he was awarded a second MA in Political Science, graduating as the valedictorian.
He then worked as junior political adviser at the French Embassy in New-Zealand before returning to Hungary to teach international relations and EU history.
Before joining the EEI, he worked as a communication adviser for the European Water Partnership (EWP) in Brussels. Christopher’s personal fields of interest include geopolitics, European political history and philosophy.
