Munkhammar in Newsweek

An article in Newsweek about the financial crisis and debt accumulation and their likeliness to spur reform is mainly based on Johnny Munkhammar's book The Guide to Reform . It argues that several countries that have reformed substantially have done so after a serious crisis. This is true, but it is also pointed out in the book that a crisis can also lead to counter-reform - and that several countries have managed to reform without a serious crisis as a trigger.
